Adult ADHD Care for High-Performing Professionals
Evaluation and treatment for adults whose output has hidden the problem for years — including non-stimulant options, and care that accounts for a history of substance use.
The short answer

What people describe before they call
- "I can run a company but I can't answer an email."
- "I've been compensating my whole life and it stopped working."
- "I'm exhausted all the time and my labs are normal."
- "Could ADHD be what's actually going on?"
- "I don't want stimulants — is there another way?"
- "I have a history with substances and no one will treat me."
How ADHD care works here
- 1. Comprehensive baseline visit. An unhurried history covering attention, sleep, mood, workload, substance history, and the metabolic and hormonal factors that imitate or amplify ADHD.
- 2. Rule out the look-alikes. Thyroid disease, iron and B12 status, sleep apnea, insulin resistance, perimenopause, and burnout can all present as inattention. Biomarker review comes before a prescription pad.
- 3. A plan built with you. Stimulant, non-stimulant, or non-medication strategies — chosen based on your history, risk profile, and preferences.
- 4. Continuous follow-up. Direct messaging access to your physician between visits, with adjustments as work, sleep, and life change.
