After years of practicing across traditional and digital settings, and serving as a C-suite executive scaling healthcare companies, Dr. Hammond saw a clear truth: patients don't fail health plans — health plans fail patients. Leaders are expected to perform at their peak, yet the healthcare system is fragmented, reactive, and impersonal. Support disappears between visits, guidance is generic, and meaningful change is left to chance.
